Sherrie Methuen

Sherrie has 11 years experience in healthcare management, helping a variety of clients with project and change management strategies. Sherrie manages and coordinates the design, implementation and development of streamlined operational processes and procedures that effect sustainable change.

Sherrie joined Biomet in 2006, having previously enjoyed a successful and fulfilling career within the NHS. Working as an Operating Theatre Lead, specialising in Orthopaedics, Sherrie’s responsibilities included managing the training and education needs of departmental employees. In addition, Sherrie combined her clinical commitments within the NHS, working as lecturer for the Southbank University.
A mother of three, Sherrie enjoys many leisure and social activities outside of her business commitments.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the MDT involved in the project
  • Cross-functional project management techniques to expedite workflow, simplify processes, achieve critical success factors and reduce operating cost
  • Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders involved in the project
  • Implement extensive control mechanisms, i.e. key performance indicators, to monitor the performance against agreed business objectives and targets
  • Design and implement workable solutions to continuously improve services and organisational performance.
